Shopping by Category

All Brand’s most popular hard-to-order parts have been grouped into the main categories listed in the Products link of the main menu. By clicking through these categories, you can easily find tools, cleaners, installation supplies, and numerous other items that are often difficult to find simply by searching. In a world with dozens or even hundreds of manufacturers for the same type of product, there are many different SKUs to search for and these categories make it fast and easy to find exactly what you are looking for.

Within most of our categories are sub-categories, to help you further narrow down your search to find exactly what you are looking for. A great example is our Capacitors category which will help you find the capacitor you need by narrowing down the type of capacitor, single or dual, oval or round, voltage, and finally MFD. With so many brands of capacitors being manufactured, this category is a great way to find the one that we are selling and fits your requirements. NOTE: An item results list will not display until you have reach the final sub-category.

Shopping Using the Quick Order Pad

The quick order pad can be accessed by clicking the Quick Order Pad link at the top of the page. This area will allow you to enter up to 20 items and quantities in a list to quickly add them to a shopping cart. This is very useful if you already know the item numbers of the products that you wish to order. Once you have entered all of the part numbers and quantities that you wish to order, press the Add to Cart button to add them to your shopping cart.

Item Results List

The list of items that is returned after searching for an item or shipping via category is referred to as the Item Results List.

Did you know? The inventory on All Brand’s website is real-time! This means that the quantity that you are seeing is exactly what we have in stock. Most site update inventory nightly so if you see a low quantity in stock, you aren’t sure if it was already sold during that day or not. However, since our site is real-time, you know that we actually have that quantity at the exact moment that you searched for an item, so you can rest assured that you will be getting that item from us!

  • At the top of the page, you will see the number of items on this page. You can search within these results for item results with more than one page.
  • You can also select the number of items you want to display on one page by using the drop-down control next to page size.
  • Listed on the Item Results List are the Item ID (blue hyperlink), a short description, the quantity available in each of our distribution centers as well as your preferred location (if you frequently pick-up from a local branch), and the price of the item.
  • You can enter the desired quantity in the field under Quantity.
  • At the bottom of the list is a button to add the quantity selected to your cart.
  • You can also click on the hyperlinked Item ID of any item to access its Item Detail Page.

Item Detail Page

To learn more about a particular item in the Item Results List, click its hyperlinked Item ID to access the Item Detail Page. On the item detail page, you can see additional information about the individual part including MSRP, an extended description (if available), available substitutes, and technical documents (if available). You can also add the item to your cart from this page.

Managing Shopping Cart

Item quantities selected using the Quick Order Pad, or an item or category search, are added to your shopping cart. You can access your shopping cart at any time by click the link in the top right corner of any page.

  • The left column of the Shopping Cart displays the Item ID and the item description. You can click the Item ID to see the Item Detail Page for the item.
  • There are additional columns to display the price per piece, the quantity requested, and the total price for each item in the cart.
  • To change the quantity requested , highlight over the number and type in the new quantity. Then click the Update Cart button in the lower right corner of the shopping cart
  • To remove an item from the cart, click the checkbox in the Remove column then click the Remove Items button next to the cart total.
  • Click the Continue Shopping hyperlink to return to the home page of the website, where you can search for additional items to add to the cart.
  • Once you are satisfied with your cart’s contents, you can click the Proceed to Checkout button.

Checking Out

After you fill a shopping cart with an order, click the Proceed to Checkout button to make the purchase. You will be taken to the Shipping & Billing Information page.

  • First, select a shipping method from the drop-down list. NOTE: The Shipping Methods list only shows the most popular shipping methods. Please contact All Brand’s Customer Service Department, once the order has been submitted, to request a different shipping method.
  • Next, enter your shipping information. Logged in customers can use the drop down list to select an address associated with their account, or you may enter a new address. IMPORTANT: If logged in, the First Name, Last Name, and E-Mail address fields will be auto-populated with the information associated with the logged in account. The order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address entered in this field. Please change these fields as necessary.
  • • Shoppers who are not logged in must pay by credit card. If the billing information is the same as your shipping information, you can click the checkbox instead of typing it all in again. If your billing information is different than your shipping information, you must enter that information as well. Logged in shoppers will see a Payment Information section, where they can choose to pay by Credit Card or by Invoice (if applicable). NOTE: The area for Billing Information is only available to shoppers who are paying by credit card, since billing information for invoiced customers is already setup in our system. Please contact our accounting department if billing information needs to be changed.
  • To remove an item from the cart, click the checkbox in the Remove column then click the Remove Items button next to the cart total.
  • The Notes area allows you to enter any special instructions or notes regarding the order.
  • The order details are shown at the bottom of the page. After reviewing it and the Order Summary at the top of the right-hand column, click the Continue Checkout button.
  • If paying by credit card, you will be taken to the next page where you can enter your credit card information.
  • Finally, you will be taken to the Submit Order page which displays a summary of your order. Click Submit Order to have the order entered into our system for processing, or click Exit Checkout to return to the Shipping Cart.
