Changing Password and Account Information

To change your account information or password, first you must be logged into the site. Once you are logged in, click on Account at the top of the page. The top section of the My Account Profile page shows your current login information, personal information, and shopping information.

  • Click the Edit Info button under Login Information, to change your password.
  • Click the Edit Info button under Personal Information, to change your email address.
  • Shopping Information displays your customer ID and your minimum purchase setting, if one has been set.

Open Orders

The bottom section of the My Account Profile page displays a list of open orders, with details including the order date, the order number, and the order’s total cost. When you click an order number, you will open a page with your order details

  • On the Open Order Detail page, you can see the Item IDs of your ordered products, along with a short description of the product. Open value and open quantity displays the cost and the quantity of the products still open and awaiting shipping. Net Price shows the price of the product, per unit. The order quantity shows how many units you purchased of a particular item. The unit name shows how the item unit is determined, usually as each.
  • Sometimes items on the page will be grayed-out. This means that these items have already been delivered and are no longer open.
  • At the top of the page, you can see your order number, PO number, and the tracking information for items that have shipped.
  • You can print out your Open Order Detail Page by clicking Print Page on the top right of the screen.

Another way to view open orders is to click the Open Order link, located in the Account Information section of the My Account Profile page. A page will open to Run an Account Report to view open orders.

  • Select a time frame that you wish to search by entering start and end dates.
  • You can select a specific ship-to-location (if you have more than one), or search all ship-to locations.
  • There is a check box option to only view transactions placed by your own login.
  • If you know your PO #, Order #, or Item ID, you can search using these criteria instead of a date range. Use the drop down field to choose your criteria, and type the corresponding number into the search box. Click Submit to see the open orders that fit your specifications. (If searching by Item ID, you must use the exact item ID that appears on your invoice - i.e. WP 341241 instead of just 341241 or WP WPW10503278 instead of just W10503278.)
  • You can also click the Excel icon to download the information into a spreadsheet.

Open Payables

To view your open payables, click the Open Payables link, located in the Accounting Information section of the My Account Profile page. A page will open to Run an Accounting Report to view open payables.

  • Select a time frame that you wish to search by entering start and end dates.
  • You can select a specific ship-to-location (if you have more than one), or search all ship-to locations.
  • There is a check box option to only view transactions placed by your own login.
  • If you know your Invoice #, you can search using this criteria instead of a date range. Use the drop down field to choose your criteria, and type the corresponding number into the search box. Click Submit to see the open orders that fit your specifications.
  • You can also click the Excel icon to download the information into a spreadsheet.
  • An additional option is located at the bottom of the page to view a complete statement.
  • The Open Payables List can be sorted by columns, exported to an Excel file, or printed.

Invoices

To view your invoices, click the Invoices link, located in the Accounting Information section of the My Account Profile page. A page will open to Run an Accounting Report to view invoices.

  • Select a time frame that you wish to search by entering start and end dates.
  • You can select a specific ship-to-location (if you have more than one), or search all ship-to locations.
  • There is a check box option to only view transactions placed by your own login.
  • If you know your Invoice #, PO #, or Order #, you can search using these criteria instead of a date range. Use the drop down field to choose your criteria, and type the corresponding number into the search box. Click Submit to see the open orders that fit your specifications.
  • The Open Payables List can be sorted by columns, exported to an Excel file, or printed.

Purchase History

To search for items that you have purchased in the past, click the Purchase History link, located in the Accounting Information section of the My Account Profile page. A page will open to Run a Past Purchases Report. There are two options for the Type of Report: Item Totals or Category Totals.

Item Totals Report

  • Select a time frame that your wish to search by entering start and end dates.
  • Use the drop-down box to indicate the criteria for the report. Choices include:
    • Specific Item – Enter the Item ID (Must use the exact item ID that appears on your invoice - i.e. WP 341241 instead of just 341241 or WP WPW10503278 instead of just W10503278.)
    • Item Range – Enter a starting and ending range of Item IDs (Must use the exact item ID that appears on your invoice - i.e. WP 341241 instead of just 341241 or WP WPW10503278 instead of just W10503278.)
    • Specific Customer Part # - Enter the part number
    • Customer Part # Range – Enter a starting and ending range of part numbers
    • Vendor – Select a vendor from the drop-down list
    • Invoice – Enter an invoice number
    • Category – When choosing a category, double click the category name to drill down to its subcategories or double click “Up a Level” to go back to a parent category. Once you have found your category, highlight it on the list.
  • You can select a specific ship-to-location (if you have more than one), or search all ship-to locations.
  • There is a check box option to only view transactions placed by your own login.
  • Click Submit to view the Past Purchases Report by Item Totals. • An additional option is located at the bottom of the page to view a complete statement.
  • All Past Purchases Reports can be sorted by columns, exported to an Excel file, or printed.

Category Totals Report

  • Select the number of months to include in the report from the drop-down list.
  • Category – When choosing a category, double click the category name to drill down to its subcategories or double click “Up a Level” to go back to a parent category. Once you have found your category, highlight it on the list. TIP: Stick to the top level category choices, as you can drill down into sub-categories within the report itself.
  • You can choose to display the results as a report or as a graph.
  • There is a check box option to only view transactions placed by your own login.
  • Click Submit to view the Past Purchases Report by Category Totals.
  • All Past Purchases Reports can be sorted by columns, exported to an Excel file, or printed.
